Alta Filament brings 352 apartments to the area between Optimist Park, Villa Heights, and NoDa neighborhoods along N. Davidson Street. The location provides easy pedestrian access to the Blue Line Light Rail Extension as well as access to Cordelia Park directly across the street. The project consists of five stories of wood frame construction surrounding a 492-space precast concrete garage for secure resident parking.
